- What does a Transaction Coordinator (TC) do?
A TC manages the paperwork, deadlines, and communication between all parties from contract to close.We handle the details so you can focus on selling and growing your business. - Do you work with both buyers’ and sellers’ agents?
Yes! We assist both buyers’ and sellers’ agents with all contract-to-close tasks, ensuring compliance and smooth communication - Will you speak directly with my clients?
Yes, we can communicate directly with your clients (as much or as little as you prefer), always representing you professionally. - Do you handle compliance and brokerage document submissions?
Yes. We ensure that all required documents are complete, signed, and submitted to your brokerage for compliance review. - What happens if a deal falls through?
If a transaction cancels, we close out the file and ensure all documents are archived properly. We can also quickly pivot and help you with your next deal. - Do you offer support after closing?
Yes! We deliver a final transaction file and can assist with post-closing tasks like sending thank-you notes, client gifts, or requesting testimonials. - Can you help with a transaction I have already started?
Yes, we can take over on a transaction that has already been started. - When can you start processing my file? How Quickly do you need the contract?
We require the bound contract and completed intake submission before we start processing your file. It’s best if its submitted within 24 hours of binding.
All contracts submitted by 4 pm on a business day will be processed same day. - Where do I start?
If you are new to using our services, please reach out to us via phone or email and we will discuss our services and send you the Agent Onboarding Form, or you can find the form under the Become A Client Tab. This form will give us the information to get you set up in our system.
After you have been onboarded, you may then fill out the SUBMIT A CONTRACT or the SUBMIT A LISTING form, any time you have a new transaction.
